Stainless steel frame
Stainless steel frame to protect the machine and avoid any accident when shipment.
Pressure gauge
At least 7pcs pressure gauge on every machine. When there are any problems, clients will know which part has the problem easily.
Pump
We use high-quality pump which is the most famous Chinese pump brand.
Pipeline flow gauge
Check the water production status at all times.
Automatic valve
For sand filters, carbon filters, and water softeners we can use automatic valves. The machine can run automatically, flush, and backwash automatically.
- Raw Water Tank: Stores tap water, addressing issues of insufficient tap water pressure and minimizing the impact of water shortages, thus reducing system failures.
- Raw Water Pump (Booster Pump): Utilizes a stainless steel pump to increase water pressure, ensuring adequate pressure for subsequent filtration stages.
- Mechanical Filter (Quartz Sand Filter): Primarily removes mud, suspended solids, and large particles present in tap water, preparing it for further treatment.
- Activated Carbon Filter: Removes organic compounds, residual chlorine, and odors from tap water, enhancing its quality and taste.
- Resin Softener Filter: Removes calcium and magnesium ions from tap water, reducing water hardness and preventing scale buildup in the system.
- Security Filter: Provides additional filtration to safeguard the reverse osmosis membrane from large particles and contaminants, ensuring its longevity and efficiency.
- High-Pressure Pump: Generates sufficient pressure required for the efficient operation of the reverse osmosis system.
- Reverse Osmosis System: The central component of the setup, where the RO membrane selectively filters out impurities, producing high-purity water suitable for various applications.
- Pure Water Tank: Stores purified water, offering flexibility in tank size based on specific needs. Post-treatment, the water in the tank is of high purity and ready for diverse applications.
